This lovely updated villa has everything you need for a great Sarasota get-a-way beach vacation! The KITCHEN is wonderfully modern and equipped with high end finishes....stacked with everything you need to create your favorite seafood dishes anytime you like.
The LIVING ROOM is spacious with lovely furnishings and a new Roku flatscreen TV (both Cable & Streaming) for movie night....butter on the popcorn please! Head out to your open private patio where you’ll find a rod iron dining table for 4, new BBQ grill with pull-out trays & a refillable propane tank. (We do not provide the propane) The outdoor patio runs alongside the home.

The MASTER bedroom with a King bed, wall mounted TV and beautiful refurbished terrazzo flooring, also has sliders that go out to the patio where you’ll find two lounge chairs set up for you. The perfect setting for your morning coffee! The master en-suite has a modern, updated vanity and water closet only (NO shower). This makes it easy to get ready to head out for a day at the beach! The 2nd bedroom has TWIN beds. The full bathroom is new with rain shower & new soaking tub, with his/her sinks and solid stone vanity.

Beach accessories are included as well as beach towels.....all you need for a great beach vacation on Siesta Key!
Booking season 2025? Please book whole months only e.g. Feb 1 - March 1 not Feb 15 - March 15. This is because in season there is a monthly minimum restriction on rentals.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver.
