Amazing place to stay. Only a very short walk down to Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. I would stay here again if I’m in the area.

Great place for family of four
We had a great stay at the condo. The condo had plenty of space, was well stocked, included linens/towels, had laundry on site, and the owner was really helpful. It’s a short walk down to Mirror Lake and near the park.
The property was snuggled just off the main drive in Lake Placid. Perfect for a group of 4. Would definitely go back.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We were in town for a tournament and could easily walk to Mirror Lake or drive to the fields. There is a park nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and it came with linens/towels. The owner was really helpful.
We really enjoyed the adorable decor of the condo. It was really clean and convenient for our hockey tournament. It was my favorite place to rent in Lake Placid so far out of four different properties.
We came back a second year to stay at this condo with our family for a weekend in Lake Placid. The condo is close to Main St. and really well decorated. It is clean and has a nice floor plan. Highly recommend it!
We are repeat customers of this property — so that probably says more than anything . 😏 We love this place and will return….again ….again

Wouldn't come back
The pros: Immaculately clean and nicely decorated and the kitchen was well-appointed. The cons: The walls seemed very thin as we could hear our neighbors on both sides, coughing, laughing, talking. Some basics in the bathroom, like shampoo/conditioner, kleenex were not there. I bought those myself. It would be nice if we'd not been asked to strip the beds and take out the trash, as the checkout was quite early.

Your insights are genuinely helpful, and I’m glad you still enjoyed your stay overall. We’d love to welcome you back the next time you’re in the area!”
Great property. Clean and well furnished to meet all needs. Walking distance to Mirror Lake and Lake Placid’s fun places to visit, shops and restaurants. Got to visit The Lake Placid Olympic Ski Jumping Complex, also known as the MacKenzie Intervals Ski Jumping Complex and ride the Gondola to the top. Learning some fascinating information re the various jumps. Not to mention the view of the various mountains from the top of the jumps. Management was very responsive to a minor concern re snow build up reducing parking space. I would definitely book this property again next year.
As advertised. Easy walking proximity to Main Street and Mirror Lake.Parking was a challenge as the two adjacent units were occupied. There is a space but access is tricky when three cars are all parked.Great condo for proximity. No views whatsoever.AC are window units. We arrived on a very hot and humid day. It took awhile for the place to cool down.Bed in master was very comfortable.Hosts do a great job in Keuric coffee selections.Decent value.

Uneven
The beds were comfortable. The kitchen fine. Good a/c upstairs. Good lighting upstairs and kitchen Poor a/c downstairs. Poor lighting in living room. Washer dryer difficult to find. Lower bathroom door handle broken.
This rental was perfect for our family of 6 vacation. Apartment was clean and supplied with everything you need (linens, towels, on site laundry, coffee machine with coffee and creamer, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, etc.). Check in and check out was super simple. The location was perfect. Very short walk to Main Street and one block away from playground that our toddler loved. It was a quiet and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be back:)
This condo/townhouse was a perfect, hidden gem. Very close to everything in town, but far enough away that there was no noise. We were in town for a figure skating competition, so it was very easy for us to get back and forth to the rink. We highly recommend this rental!
We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed, Adirondack inspired condo. We enjoyed all the small touches that made our stay easy and comfortable. The condo is well decorated and lacks nothing. Very short walk to Main Street. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Very quiet.
Our Lake Placid vacation was extraordinary. Our rental house was very clean. I have a few suggestions for so that future might benefit.
PARKING: Online directions said "off-street parking fo 1 vehicle directly in front of the unit." We were told by unit 8 owner we were not supposed to park in front of our unit and he would talk to the owner. "People don't like when you park in front of their unit." That needs to be clarified.
CLIMATE CONTROL: 2 window/wall air conditioners, one in bedroom, one in kitchen. Temperature reached 85 degrees and my bedroom was very hot, uncomfortable. Suggest additional climate control.
SUPPLIES: The supplies were extremely limited. One small box of Kleenex, no cleaning supplies, e.g. Windex; no storage bags, foil, clear wrap, trash bags, etc.
Finally, I would rent the unit again. Good location. Hopefully these suggestions will help.
