You’ll find a cozy living room that’s perfect for getting the whole family together to watch a movie! Make your way to the well-equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to make meals during your stay! When it’s time to chow down, there’s seating for 6 at the dining room table so everyone can catch up on their day or dine al fresco on the screened-in porch. ! It is the perfect place to spend precious time with family and friends. After a day at the beach or just relaxing in the pool you can easily stroll to Duck Village for shopping, dining, or to witness incredible sunsets over the Albemarle Sound!

The shopping centers of Scarborough Lane and Scarborough Faire are conveniently located at one end of this neighborhood and offer a wide array of fun stores and delicious eateries. The Duck Town Park and sound-side boardwalk are both a short stroll away, offering activities for the entire family.

House was great as was the location. It was clean and the check in and out process was easy. I had one small issue with a smoke alarm going off and they were quick to respond.

We would definitely visit this home on our next stay. It was quiet and clean. They left great instructions and the entrance after a long travel was easy. The location is excellent! If I had one thing to add the bed on first floor could use a bit of upgrade. The tv service had some hits and misses. However we spent a lot of time out and about so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Overall the house was very welcoming, safe and pleasant. Will book again next year.

Responsive service and clean house. I would book this again in a heartbeat. Bath products barely enough to get started - come with your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish washer pods. If owners interested, Only upgrades I could suggest for property itself are: cutting board for kitchen , gas grill (even if small one) vs. awful charcoal one, and wagon to haul items to beach.

Excellent location and house for our vacation

Nicely updated and equipped for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a perfect "pre-game" spot for morning chats, reading, and lunch before heading to the beach for the afternoon. Shopping and restaurants are literally a two minutes' walk away. The beach access was a bit longer walk, but straight up the street.
