Clean and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath. had everything we needed. Enjoyed our patio right next to the golf course and pools nearby. Location great ! Near restaurants, golf and Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. It worked out very well for us!

Very nice place. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice big living room with plenty of seating. Kitchen was well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and having a beverage around the fire pit in the evening. Nice to be able to park in the garage and get the car out of the heat.

This house is absolutely beautiful, lots of very nice touches. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with lovely, nice items. The golf course view is relaxing, overlooking the mountains. We never experienced any issues getting into this gated community.Chris was awesome as we needed him a couple of times. He was quick to respond and very gracious.A full five star experience!!

Fabulous Palm Desert getaway

This unit within the Monterey Country Club was outstanding! It is very well furnished and equipped, and has a fantastic location, with southern views of the golf course and mountains from the back patio. The numerous pools on the property also made it very enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

We visit Palm Desert 3-4x a year but this was our first time staying at this particular place, and we absolutely loved it!!! This place is very spacious and set up with all the comforts of home. Lots of pots and pans to cook in and a great selection of spices as well. Very peaceful, very clean, new, and great and fast communication with the owner. My husband and I visited with our two small kids (10 and under) and everyone enjoyed it. We can’t wait to come back again! You won’t regret staying here.

Amazing Views

This places is absolutely amazing. The house is exactly what was described. The communication was spot on. Location is situated very close to the pool, which was great for the kids. Kitchen was equipped with everything that you can think of. The best part of all was the beds. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed! We will be booking our next trip very soon!

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Desert at the unit the Monterey Country Club. The unit was spotless when we arrived! The unit itself has amazing space inside and out. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the patio with a fabulous view of the golf course and mountains. The community pool was serene and a wonderful place to relax and take a swim. The unit had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owner, Chris, was easy to get in touch with and very responsive.

Indian Wells Tennis Tournament

The actual house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, close to the tennis center. The only thing that was misleading and one of the reasons specifically book this condo was from the pictures it was implied that we would have access to the country club tennis courts and pools. This was not the case.,

From the owner: "We're sorry to hear your stay fell short of your expectations. The Monterey Country Club used to have a policy where you could pay a nominal fee to use the workout facility, pickleball courts, and tennis courts. Recently, they have changed their policy and no longer allow any non-members to pay to play. There is however still use of the pools, hot tubs, and access to the clubhouse. In the vicinity of our condo, guests can also access public courses, pickleball, and tennis courts. We apologize for the confusion surrounding this. We have requested an update to our listing information so future guests are not caught off guard."

Pretty much speechless. we have stayed in various rentals but never anything like this. Chris was super attentive. the home was immaculate, welcoming, comfortable and perfectly decorated. not a detail missed. the linens were A , the patio was perfectly set up with the best furniture. the bathrooms had everything you could need. laundry room as well. we have never stayed in a rental more than once, but i pray we can get back here as soon as possible. thank you Chris for the most amazing stay in the desert and giving us the place were many memories were made.

Only problem was house not cleaned when we arrived @5pm… 2 hrs after check in time, unknown to property owner .. he was contacted and took care of problem…TV SETUP not easy to use… otherwise wonderful … everything we needed

Rosenberg Visit

We were very pleased with the overall accomodations. The condo was clean. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. When we had a question/ issue, the owner was very responsive and helpful. The location of property was great in terms of being centrally located to most of the things we were looking to do in Palm Desert.There were a couple of thing we thought we should mention so that the owner could address them for future renters:1. The shower door in the master bathroom allows water from the shower to leak out onto the bathroom floor--creating a small puddle. This is dangerous as someone could easily slip on this water, The bathmats did not help.2. The water faucet in the sink had very low pressure and not a lot of hot water. This made it difficult to clean the sink.Otherwise, all was great.
