First time offered as a vacation rental this fabulous beach home comfortably accommodates 10 and features spacious open living areas with large windows throughout offering fantastic ocean views from almost every room! A beautiful beach front deck and screen porch is perfect to sit out and enjoy ocean views and glorious sunrises while relaxing with friends and family. Features include central air conditioning, open concept full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, DVD, WiFi, and Gas Grill. Also nearby is the Indian River inlet with marina, fishing, and crabbing. All of this makes for an absolutely perfect summer beach house where you will be sure to create those special family beach vacation memories! Elevator not for guest use.
