Summary:

A peaceful spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday living - sit and relax, capture stunning views of the Murray River, Goolwa Barrage and the Goolwa Bird Sanctuary This holiday home has something for all the family.



Open plan living / dining and a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher and a DeLonghi Nespresso Coffee Machine (guests to supply the coffee pods), TV, DVD, and Entertainment Theatre with USB port. Living areas on both levels as well as a front balcony with Weber Q BBQ and rear paved area to watch a game of cricket in the fully enclosed rear yard.



Master bedroom has a Queen bed on the lower level with a further 2 bedrooms upstairs each with 2 single beds.



2 Bathrooms, one on each level, bath is upstairs, fully equipped laundry.



Off street parking.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

very nice place to stay with fantastic views

very nice well kept property lovely views from upstairs no faults to think of could do with a small front step at the entrance door as its like a double step one has to be aware of , for us oldies anyway , we used very little of all the amenities but you want for nothing its all there , will be back sometime . Not exactly what we expected.

Easy to find, great location. Beautiful Views.First up, my wife fell down going through the back gate to retrieve the keys from the lock box, because there was no warning about step inside the gate. she is ok, but very bruised.No Wi-Fi - This day and age, this is necessary.I went to use the BBQ, decided I wasn't cleaning someone else's mess before using it.Upstairs window near the lounge was dirty, not sure what from. The outside of the glass has bird poop on it.I have stayed in a lot of different accommodations for work and pleasure, and this is the first time there has not been a spare roll of toilet paper in each toilet, lucky I keep extra in my Ute.
