Great cottage with fantastic setting

With 2 cottages we were able to see friends we haven’t seen in years. Rob is a fantastic host who is always on hand to help with anything. Would highly recommend.

Great place for a getaway

The two cottages were great, the kids loved the shallow sandy area for swimming and all the watercraft were fantastic. Fire pit was awesome and the kitchens were well appointed. The road between the two cottages was fairly busy, so for our youngest, we had to be more careful than expected. Overall would definitely recommend.

Great Week on Green Lake

The property was excellent with a sandy, shallow entry into a very clear lake. The two cottages were small but quaint and it was great to be so close to the water. Rob was a gracious host and all our questions were answered quickly. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great cottages

Spent a week at this location and I absolutely loved it. Rob was easy to work with and was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. The cottages lived up to expectations and then some. I would recommend this cottage for those that are looking for a nice getaway from the busy city centres. Thank you Rob for sharing your cottage with our family. - Gavin

The area is lovely and was very peaceful . The host was super and made sure I had all the details pertaining to my stay . He also left an emergency contact just in case as he was travelling the weekend I was using the rental. Great lake to kayak or canoe on . So serene. Cottages were clean and good space to host a few people. I would definitely book this rental again and bring more family as it has the room .

Great vacation!

The property has everything you could need. Rob was great to communicate with! Relaxing on the dock was so nice and we loved the shallow sand entrance into the water for the kids. Had some great luck with fishing. We hope to return! Thanks for the wonderful week!

Lovely cottage with lots to offer

Cottage and bunkie were quite comfortable, well equipped & clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Very nice dock & loved the stairs down to the water (not just ladder). Stairs made lake access quite easy. Lake was very busy with jet skis/boats so little noisy/rough through out the day. Road between cottage and bunkie also quite busy, but mostly though the day. All and all we had a great stay! Sandy shallow water near cottage would make it a great place for kids.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rob’s cottages. Rob is an exceptional host—responsive, proactive, and excellent at communicating throughout the booking and stay.The property offers great value for the price. Having two cottages provided our group with plenty of space and privacy, while the main cottage’s location right on the waterfront made it especially convenient to enjoy the lake. The décor is charming and quintessentially cottage-style, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel warm and welcoming.We especially enjoyed spending evenings around the spacious fire pit, which offers plenty of seating for larger groups. The kitchens are well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and the BBQ is in excellent condition.Rob also provides a fantastic selection of recreational equipment, including kayaks, paddleboards, bicycles, and an ample supply of life jackets. If you plan to use the bikes, it’s a good idea to bring your own bike helmets, and a little bike chain lubricant may be helpful.For families with young children or pets, it’s worth noting that the cottages are separated by a road. However, despite this, the property remains fairly peaceful and quiet.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend Rob’s cottages to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Green Lake Tranquility

Awesome spot for a family. So much to do like sailing, paddeling, kayaking. Rob makes everything so easy. Bbq, netflix, sunbathing, sleeping all very comfy!! We will be back!

I'm an avid Muskoka/Haliburton cottager. I've been renting in the area for the past 20 years. With lots of preparing I finally purchased my retirement property.

Why they chose this property

This property is close to all desired amenities required for the perfect stay whether it's restaurants, to groceries to activities. Because the lake is a 3 chain lake, it has great boating!. Also, just 5 minutes off of highway 118.

What makes this property unique

Because there are 2 complete cottages, this property is perfect for 2 families to each have their own or a large group looking for separation. The main cottage is directly off the lake (7'), No cottage directly to the right and the cottage directly to the left is not in use. This makes for perfect privacy. Right down the road is a local airport where local prop planes fly overhead.
