We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was extremely clean and very well decorated. Everything we needed was available. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a vacation rental this clean!

This was a great place to stay as a home base for visiting family in Crystal River. It was clean and bright, as well as nicely decorated. We had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and pleasant during communications.

We had a little bump getting the info to get checked in, but once in the house we were relieved the house was worth it! Very clean, small but spacious all at once, quiet neighborhood, & stocked well enough in the kitchen to cook there if you so choose.

Great house

The house was in a good location and very clean and stocked well. I would stay in this rental again. My only complaint is we pay fees for the owners to have someone clean and maintain yet they leave a list of chores for you to do. I have no problem cleaning up a mess in the kitchen the fridge if there is one and taking out the garbage. I dont even mind stripping the beds and putting the towels in a location but the owner said they would appreciate us starting a load of laundry for them. We did that of course, but what do we pay fees for?

The property itself was spotless. It superseded Crystal River standards and I have stayed at various places in Crystal River. The only thing that probably needs improvement is the check out time. Most places have it by 11 AM and the cleaning lady was parked outside the house at 9:50 AM waiting for us to leave. Perhaps moving the check out time from 10 to 11 can help. Also the long to do list Was very interesting since we are paying cleaning fees and such. Other than that I would stay in this house again. Beautiful place! no problem. Oh the mosquitoes are terrible at dusk. So bring your off and be ready to fight them off.

OK But Would Not Rent Again

Much smaller than appeared in pictures. Furnace and air very noisy. Floors are cold. Furniture is not comfortable. Yard needs attention. Had to get hot water fixed upon arrival. Cable went out and had to be rebooted. The owner restored the tv but would not put Netflix back on it. Appliances were all in working order. It was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We use professional photography for the home, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the furniture didn't meet your preferences. - The yard is maintained by professional gardeners weekly. - We do apologize for the plumbing issue but were glad to take care of this as soon as you reached out. - The cable was also fixed quickly, but we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We do not provide streaming services for our guests, the original log-in that was used was from a previous guest. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Great place. I was scared to rent because there were no reviews but the place is beautiful. Loved watching the baby gator in the swamp. Make sure to bring all toiletries for the shower. Also beware the step down into the dining area. I wish that had been communicated because I took a misstep in my first ten minutes and wrenched my back. Once you know about it, it isn’t a problem. Kitchen stuff was great—we did a lot of cooking. Overall we loved the place.
