We had a great time getting away for the weekend. The location was great from downtown and dinner locations. It is a block from the park and we saw several deer each morning.

Relaxing beautiful vacation

We spent our Christmas in this warm inviting and beautiful home. It had everything we needed for an amazing family holiday. It was close to one of the best parks I have been too, can walk the river walk to town and the hot springs were awesome. We did a great local hike to treasure falls and have nothing but amazing memories from our stay. 100 percent recommend and will return!

Great stay!

This is a great home base for hiking around Pagosa Springs and Durango. Comfortable home with everything we needed. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed with young kids. The open layout, simple decor, bathtub, and nice park down the street we’re all very much appreciated.

Highly recommend

Such a great property! Very clean, check in was super easy, and it was in a very quiet area. Very close to everything too (about a 5 minute drive). Would highly recommend!!
