Our private 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakefront cottage sits on over 2.5 acres on the shores of tranquil Deer Lake and is the perfect place for families and friends to get away in any season. During the summer, take a dip in the springfed lake, jump on the water trampoline, or explore the lake in a canoe, kayak or paddle-board. Rent a boat from the nearby marina, fish off the dock, challenge the family to a game of cornhole toss, or just soak up some sun on the docks. Read and relax in the screened-in Muskoka room, bask in the peaceful views from the upper deck, or enjoy a fire right down by the waterfront - the choice is yours. Your summer getaway awaits you!

The peace and tranquility of this property is even further exemplified during the fall months where you can enjoy the beautiful fall colours in all their glory. Go for a paddle on the lake, explore the local trails on your ATV, enjoy a fire at the firepit with a front-seat view of the lake or head to nearby Mikisew Provincial Park for a hike on their nature trails. Lovely cottage on the lake

Despite the rain, we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The cottage is very cozy and well maintained. Brad and Penny are terrific hosts. We would love to come back again.

It was everything we had hoped it would be. Plenty of toys to play with on and off the water, which kept us pretty active. Super easy check-in and our host was a perfect host. Always available if we needed him. Of course the generous gift basket was a bonus/pleasant surprise. Thanks for everything.
