Busselton Jetty Location. This 3 bed, 2 bathroom townhouse is just minutes from the city centre and the famous Busselton jetty making this the perfect location for your next down south trip.
Wake up every morning to the stunning views of the crystal clear waters and golden sandy beaches of Geographe Bay. Sit outside and enjoy a wine while watching the sunset over the bay. Morning strolls along the beach to local cafes and restaurants house just screams location location location.
The ground floor is the hub of the townhouse with an expansive open plan living and dining area with connecting functional kitchen, opening out to the front yard overlooking the ocean, the lower level offers an activity room which leads to the double lock up garage. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk in robe and en-suite bathroom plus two additional bedrooms with built in robes and the main bathroom.
Each room has reverse cycle AC in them to ensure all year comfort.

NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 6 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
