The house was very clean. I like that each of our family had their own bathroom. I didn’t rate the pool because we didn’t have a chance to use it. Overall the house was fantastic.

We had a great trip! The house was okay! The location was perfect!With that said, the house definitely needs some ‘updating’. The carpets are stained, the couch is broken and stained, the top rack of the dishwasher is broken and will fall out if you pull it out much, the screens around the pool are torn off in several places. We paid to have to pool heated, but it didn’t work. They did try to fix it. Derwin was amazing with communication and we were refunded for what we paid to heat the pool. The garage is VERY small. I had to park my suv on the street. The clubhouse is an amazing addition. All in all, we enjoyed our trip!

Unfortunately, this rental was a disappointment. The carpets were dirty, the light fixtures and ceilings were dusty, and there were visible holes in the walls from door knobs, which gave the place a poorly maintained feel. We also specifically chose this property for the pool, but the pool heater did not work, which was frustrating and took away from the experience. The pool cage had missing screens and was torn in several places.The one positive is the community itself—it's well located and very close to Disney attractions, which was convenient for our plans. However, due to the cleanliness and maintenance issues, we would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

The host is great and very responsive. The location is fantastic. The house is good for a large family. The dishwasher was falling apart and the main living room sofa was in very bad shape. The house was also missing silverware. Other than that I had a good experience and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful.

Positives: house in a great location, ample size, and well maintained.Negatives: (1) our names were not given to main gate, so we had trouble getting in; (2) the keylock-code was incorrect on the check-in instructions and required extra time to sort out; (3) Wi-Fi code was incorrect on the check-in instructions (again took time to resolve); (4) remaining family names provided to host/prop mgr, but not given to gate (frustrating and took extra time)

When we were contacted after guests were already at the gate, we responded as quickly as possible, though we’re not always available around the clock. Thank you for letting us know about your visit."

Exceptional Stay with a Thoughtful Host!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this space! It was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind together. Everything was beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The host was also very responsive and checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which made the experience even better. Plenty of room

We had plenty of room for our two families. The upstairs family area was great for kids. Timely responses from the manager. Resort pool was very nice. We also enjoyed basketball, pickleball and volleyball there. Listing was accurate. Easy “back roads” access to Disney.

Family get together

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to Disney but the traffic always a challenge in Orlando. Plenty of room for six adults, one child and and two infants. Quiet location except for barking dog the first night. Place could use a few more cooking sheets but made do. Good value for the money.

Huge space!

This is a great house for what we needed. We had 8 guests total and everyone had their own space!We were going to the parks, and you are looking at about a 20-minute ride. The best part is how much is around the community like grocery stores and shops. I will say, some of the beds are on the low end of quality, we had to snag a mattress topper so we could at least geta decent nights sleep in one of the king beds but it still was nicer then some of the hotels we have stayed at the area. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with tools and utensils, but be prepared to bring everythign, including any spices, bags, foil of any other needed items.We would book again and would suggest this property to others.

Our Dance family had a great stay here. We had our own space to relax but able to be together as well. They’re quick to respond if you need anything as well. I left some clothing in a drawer and they coordinated with the next guest for me to be able to pick up my items.

Good property in a good location

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and organized. Recommendations- need new cooking utensils, need more than just one dish soap packet per day and need laundry detergent. Overall, family and I had a great time. We would go back.

Had our team stay in the same housing complex. Our coaching staff rented this house. Clean house. My only complaint os that the pool does not get much sun so we did not use the outside area of the house

Week with family

We had a great week. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 and having the pool was nice for the kids. The game room and pool at the clubhouse were a great addition as well. The only downside were the selection of pots and pans in the kitchen. It was a very limited selection to begin with and what was available was not in good shape. We were not able to use them. Communication with the evolve team was great and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book here again.

We stayed oct 13-15 overall the property was nice...was alitrle smaller than the pics showed....they have strict policy on #of cars and every driver has to check in or the rude security will turn them away and threatened towing of their vehicle...the communication between the property manager was good we communicated via text... other than that... the property was perfect for my friends and I
