Experience the classic Canadian cottage getaway at KoziCottage! Nestled on over 2 private acres and overlooking a quaint, peaceful lake, the main cottage features 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, dining room, and a family room equipped with a large TV and a wood stove. Above the garage, a loft provides two additional queen-sized beds.

The expansive outdoor area offers ample space for kids to run, ride bikes, and play games. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or simply lounging in the hammock while soaking up the gorgeous sunset views over the water. The lake has a gentle, shallow entry, ideal for young children to splash around. A canoe is also available for guests to use and explore the lake. Evenings are perfect for roasting s'mores by the campfire.

Stay connected with Starlink high-speed internet, now available with free WiFi coverage throughout the cottage and loft. It's perfect for both working and playing!

For winter visitors, nearby snowmobile trails are accessible - for more details, visit the OFSC website. If you're keen to explore the area, there are several lakes nearby, most with public boat launches and beautiful sandy beaches, all within a 5-15 minute drive from the cottage.

Great week at a lovely cottage

We had a really nice, relaxing week in a well-appointed cottage with beautiful views of the small lake, a hammock, a canoe, a gazebo and a gas bbq. Good internet access as well.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! The location was perfect for exploring the trails on our 4-wheelers, and we loved spending time by the lake. The canoe was such a great bonus—we really enjoyed being out on the water. Thanks for the warm welcome and great communication. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Great place!

Nice cottage with separate loft. Super cute board walk and amazing area to campfire. Just bring bug spray! Comes with bbq and canoe so you are set for the summer!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! It’s not a little cottage it’s a whole house with so much room even above the garage ! Very private , amazing view ! Perfect for family for all kiddos !!!!! Can’t wait to go back again !!

Beautiful location

Thank you Slav! We had a wonderful time. Cottage was exactly what was advertised. What a beautiful spot, couldn’t ask for a prettier lake. Loved the loft and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would stay here again.

Beautiful cottage on a small/private lake.

Very well maintained property and cottage (along with the huge loft over the detached garage). Great firepit area overlooking the lake with amazing sunsets directly in front of you every night. Nice dock makes for easy access for paddlers. There is also a nice public beach a short (<5min) drive away with a sandy beach and nice swimming. Somewhat off the beaten path but very close to the town of Plevna.

Peaceful

The property and cottage were lovely. We were happy with the amenities in the cottage and the interior was clean. The exterior siding, window frames and door frames could use a good cleaning. The sliding door screen was ripped so we could not have it open on the days where air conditioning was not needed. We were disappointed in the mushy lake bottom and with the floating dock being out of commission, swimming was limited. Canoeing on the lake was really nice. Overall the cottage was quite nice, well equipped and the lakeview was awesome. The sunsets and the quiet peacefulness was very enjoyable.
