Very pleasant holiday home located in a quiet area, clear view, nearby neighbourhood but without overlooking, 10 minutes walk from the village.

The house, with its 4 bedrooms, is built on 2 levels:

- Upstairs: 1 master suite with private bathroom and toilet (180×200 bed) and 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds each (one of these rooms is more suitable for young children), 1 additional shower room, 1 separate toilet,

- On the ground floor: 1 bedroom equipped with 1 queen size bed and its private shower room with toilet,

- Open kitchen onto the living room, all amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine

- Lounge equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, Hi-Fi system, internet access via WI-FI,

- Outdoor gas barbecue



A carefully landscaped garden: 6000 m2 facing South/South-West, private parking.



Several terrace spaces:

- With direct access to the kitchen, the dining area is sheltered by a lovely pergola where a wisteria grows,

- facing south, around a large saltwater swimming pool (10mx5m, depth 1.40m/2.20m),

- a sheltered summer lounge with a kitchen near the pool, and all the necessary garden furniture.



Supplements to be planned:

End of stay cleaning is mandatory, an intermediate cleaning can be considered upon request.

Household linen is optional (2 towels, sheets and kitchen cloths) and pool towel

Two weeks at La Ralaye in July 2017

Lots of space for grandchildren to run around. Pool a little way from the house which is good and flat ground, unusual in Provence sometimes, to play. House fine not that one spends much time in it during the day anyway. Shower in main bedroom please.

Maison très agréable et bien équipée

La propreté (ménage vraiment bien fait!), le beau jardin bien tenu, la piscine avec le pool house. La cuisine très bien équipée! Des bons moustiqaires dans les chambres. Pas beaucoup, aucune maison est parfait. Le partie couvert du terrasse est couverte avec du plastique... ça le rend impermeable pour la pluie, mais acte comme une serre quand il fait vraiment chaud... Donc pas idéal avec des temperatures vraiment haut!! Le lay-out du cuisine en ‘U’ est très impratique et permet que une personne à la fois dans la cuisine. Une nettoyage annuelle des carreaux Extérieures rendrait l’extérieure à côté du maison beaucoup plus ‘fraiche’.

Très belle propriété !

Très jolie propriété très bien entretenue. L'espace piscine est très bien pensé et magnifique, comme le terrain. La maison est bien équipée. Un séjour extrêmement agréable, encadré efficacement mais discrètement par l'équipe de Terravana, aux petits soins pour ses locataires.
