Endless Summer is townhouse like no other located in Barrier Dunes, a gated beachfront community. This beautifully updated 5 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 guests and is stocked full of amenities you won’t find anywhere else. The house is on 3 floors and has an elevator, game room with a custom 4-player arcade, outdoor shower, double driveways with parking for six vehicles and even a Tesla electric vehicle charger. Endless Summer has a great location across from one of two pools in the community and sits on the largest pond in Barrier Dunes. It is a just a short walk to the tennis/pickle ball courts and the beach.

Layout: 1st level-double driveways with partially covered parking for 6, outdoor shower, pool and pond access, entryway with elevator. 2nd level-open floor plan with brand new furniture including large sectional and 55 inch smart tv, laundry room, large dining table which seats 9, fully stocked kitchen with seating for 3 at the bar, double patios open to pond views, one covered with a table for 6 and the other with gas grill and Blackstone flat top, full bath, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twins. 3rd level- master king suite featuring a private bath and balcony, 2 queen rooms each with their own balconies, large bathroom, and game room.

Thanksgiving vacation

Condo was very nice, many roaches on main floor, sensor light in carport area never worked even after contacting property manager, he said it will come in at dark. Never did. Video game in kids room, never got it to work, kept loading each time we tried. Good options for cooking in kitchen with pots and utensils. Of course last day weather was most beautiful of the whole stay. Enjoyed swing chair in living room, nice touch. Had to ask for key pad code day of check in even though it was communicated we would get up to 48 hours in advance, little anxious. Property manager not very customer focused, provided code and that was it, no have a great stay, Happy Thanksgiving or anything to appreciate our business.

Spacious home and perfect location for multigenerational family trip

We travelled to Cape San Blas with 7 family members ranging from 23 to 81. We found this house to be an overall great fit for everyone! Positives: -The home is plenty spacious for a group to spread out. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, home is nicely decorated. It has about all the furniture/kitchen equipment/games one could expect and we found it easy to cook meals together. -The elevator worked perfectly and was easy to use. -The location right across from the pool is also nice, my grandparents enjoyed being able to easily walk over there. It never got too loud either. We rented a golf cart for driving around the complex and that was great for going to/from the beach as its quite a haul with gear. -The parking area easily accommodated 3 cars + golf cart + bikes Negatives -The cleanliness could have been better - when we arrived there were hairs and debris throughout the property. It's clear and understandable they have only a short time to turn things over, but visible dirt makes you question the overall quality of the experience. - I encourage the property owner and Pristine Properties to be more clear on the description of what the property includes. I emailed and called Pristine before the trip asking if any bikes or beach chairs were included and they were insistent on "no". Once we arrived we found several bikes, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. We were frustrated as we spent money renting these things when we didn't need to.

Cape San Blas 2nd trip

This was her second trip to the same property the same condo. I probably will not go back as the price point for this location is really not worth it. The tiles in the bathrooms are all cracked, that has not gotten better in the last year that we were here. The kitchen has plenty of utensils cups spoons cooking appliances and dishes, but just the price point is not realistic. The countertops in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and the shower bath area are rather dated and you could probably spend less money and have a better look in place. The Wi-Fi does not work at all for the TV in the master bathroom or bedroom, and we asked the maintenance team to come and fix it and they were unable to fix the TV so we had no TV in the master bedroom for the entire stay. All maintenance request were addressed, but after 3 days and we had to go find a maintenance gentleman in his vehicle on property. I the furniture in the living room is very comfortable, very spacious, but you have to be willing to sit right next to each other. It is a large sectional and 1 additional chair. The bathrooms are all small on the main level, and the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs is excellent. He has plenty of room for 4 people to share. The master bedroom on the main level gets extremely hot because the sunlight makes the sliding glass door like a laser. Even with the windows closed it got up to 80 degrees in the room. No exaggeration. It was just hot. It's a 4/5. Too expensive for us.

Great location.

We actually stayed in this same property on Labor Day Weekend in 2018 right before Hurricane Michael. We were so pleased to be able to stay in this wonderful property again with our family and friends. Great location for the use of the complex’s amenities and the kids of all ages loved the bike rides around the complex. We will definitely book again!!!

Beautiful beach area.

Great place to vacation. Gated neighborhood, the beaches weren’t super busy & you can build fires on the beaches. Not a ton of shopping in the area, but you’re there to make memories anyway! If you want to rent a beach wheel chair or golf cart book 3+ months in advance of your stay.
