This cosy apartment is a hidden haven close to the city, restaurants, entertainment and pubs as well as all the natural wonders that the Illawarra has to offer.
We offer 1 king bed with luxury bedding. There is fast NBN and we have provided a space suitable for business professionals, couples, adventurers and solo travelers. A second room with 1 queen is available on request.
We are conscious of the environment so we supply filtered alkalinised water in returnable glass bottles.
We have been an Airbnb host for 3 years and have decided to move to Stayz we have included some of our reviews in the photo section.
Please note: Our cleaner is booked for 10.30 am so prompt checkout at 10am is appreciated.
Full kitchen, veranda and car space. Guests must be able to walk up two flights of stairs. No children under 18.
If you are bringing other guests back to the apartment hosts must be notified for insurance and OH&S. We live next door so we notice how many guests are leaving and entering the building.

The property is clean and convenient. There is a bus #11 right at the door-step which takes you to the beach in one direction and to the conservatorium in the other direction which was perfect for our needs .
Such a lovely clean unit. Great location close to all transport links north and south as well as road connections. Presented with lovely touches like fresh fruit and fresh milk. The views are perfect, the unit is quiet. Will definitely stay again

The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great for what we needed. The bathroom is in desperate need of an update especially the shower/bath which has an uneven floor due to the bath shape. The unit seemed to be in a lower socio economic status and was very loud at night time. There was someone banging on the fence at 2am one night. I think having the carport available to stayers would be a safer option we were worried something would happen to our car parked in the driveway. The host was lovely.
Extremely pleased with cleanliness, comfort and welcoming atmosphere. Also very delighted at all the provisions including a bowl of beautiful fruit. Only slight drawback was the 2 flights of stairs for 87 yo Auntie
The property was perfect for us to go into town and the Conservatorium. We were participating in the Honk Music Festival. Trevor and his partner even came to the final evening to the festival to hear us play! The property has a lovely outlook and is walking distance to everywhere , including the bus stop to catch the wonderful free bus!
Great views, good location with easy access to various destinations around Wollongong area. Close to good coffee shops and supermarket in walking distance. Unit fulfilled our requirements.

Beaches were not far from the property. Shopping nearby. Overall very centred in Wollongong. Thank you to our host Trevor.
The location is a short walk into town, with access to everything you could want. The place was clean and tidy and comfortably fit three adults. Owner was easy and pleasant to deal with. No complaints.
