We stayed at that house for a week in February 2026. You'll find everything you need there. The pool was heated and clean, used daily for morning and afternoon swims. The interior was intact and plenty (towels, kitchen utensils etc.) The communication with the hosts was easy, including fast responses. The house is very clean and located in a very quiet area with friendly neighbors and it's quite central when you think about going to various beaches, to the Everglades or to Fort Myers/airport. The only thing a little bit odd is the fact that there is no garage parking. We probably overlooked this when making the reservation. Anyway, there's plenty of room to park at the property and given the fact that the house is situated in a very quiet area, we quickly forget about being concerned about our rental car. In summary, host and property are highly recommended!

Great place. Very clean, updated and spacious. Wonderful location on a quiet street yet close to lots of attractions. Pool was wonderful. Kayaks and bikes were a fun bonus.

A good property in a nice quiet neighbourhood that had everything we needed for our holiday. Unfortunately, Roelens, the managing agents, were slow to resolve a couple of problems we had. Firstly, the pool heater/filtration system stopped working and it was almost a week (despite repeated telephone calls) before this was resolved. Secondly, the supply of an ironing board (on the property inventory, but not found) took almost a week-and-a-half (again, despite repeated emails).

Great location!

The house was clean and comfortable. The pool heater wasn’t working so a bit too chilly for my liking but the lanai was comfortable as were the beds. The central location can’t be beat!

Burrowing owls

The two burrowing owls in the front yard were an attraction for everyone! We were hoping that we would have seen owlets before we left!

Beautiful, clean property! Very responsive, understanding management! We had a few issues prior to leaving and the management was extremely helpful and completely compassionate! My kids kayaked through the canals, swam all day, and rode bikes all over. We will definitely be back to explore more properties!

This place was a great get away, the bikes were a nice touch.Quiet neighborhood.

When we arrived a pool screen was damaged and therefore had some debri in pool. The manager explained they had a storm. The guy was there that afternoon to fix the screens and the pool was cleaned the next morning… we were impressed! We loved the place, the only problem was the comfort of the beds… main was ok but a noisy plastic cover made it hot and uncomfortable. My niece slept on the couch due to 2nd bedroom mattress being very slack and lumpy … if this was fixed the place would have been perfect Everything else was awesome!!!.

Florida 2024

Wir waren gute 3 Wochen im April/Mai in diesem Ferienhaus. Schnitt und Lage des Hauses waren perfekt für uns. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, außer der Grill müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Er ist schon stark verrottet. Der Garten könnte auch etwas gepflegter sein. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten schöne Ferien dort

Leider hat der Hurrikan dort auch seine Spuren hinterlassen. Der Poolsreen musste entfernt werden, war also leider nicht da. Dafür war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur super. Wir bedanken uns sehr, dass sie uns die Ferien so angenehm gemacht haben.

Schön zum Kajak fahren

Die Kajaks waren jeden Tag im Einsatz. Wir haben die Zeit genutzt um Cape Coral auf dem Wasserweg zu erkunden. Man war auch schnell am Yachthafen.
