Beautiful place and neighborhood. Only draw back is parking can be tricky and a bit of a walk. Home is excellent and great communication with the host and needs. Short commute to balboa park and beaches.
The location was pretty nice. Everything was 10-15 minutes of where we wanted to go. Now, the couches looked like they could use a cleaning. Apart, from that it was okay even though we got reservation super last minute.

Place is okay……the manager did not respond to any emails I sent regarding internet and missing items……they were more concerned that I leave a 5 star review…..
My daughter loved the bright color of this home and we loved how it had everything we needed! The bathroom was the star with a wonderful spa shower. We didn’t have many issues finding parking.
We had two issues when we arrived and Doreen had them resolved within 24 hours.
Like most VRBO properties, there are no curtains in the bedrooms (only privacy shades), so recommend you bring your own blackout curtains if you need it very dark to sleep.

Why they chose this property
Casa San Diego was designed to be lively, colorful, and inviting, with its own California flavor. Lots of primary colors and fun patterns in the bedrooms and living area, plus rich hardwood floors and mid-century-inspired design.
Bedrooms include 2 with queen-size beds and one in addition with a twin-over-twin. A fold-out sofa sleeps 2 more for up to 8 guests total - perfect for multi-family trips and couples getaways. You can pack light: there’s a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement.
Take your morning coffee to the balcony, which has a view of North Park. Gather for a BBQ in the backyard (shared with the other two units) with a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, yard games...even a hammock. Or cook inside: the kitchen is fully equipped and stocked as completely as my own kitchen at home.
Other goodies at the apartment: Free WiFi throughout, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with Netflix.
Stay in or head out; eat, drink and play in North Park or downtown in the Gaslamp; relax on the balcony, in front of the fireplace or enjoy the sweeping views. And most importantly - have fun! (And let me know how I can help.)
