-- POLICIES --
- No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Stairs are required to access the lower deck, boat dock, and laundry room. These areas may be difficult for guests with limited mobility - NOTE: A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked at the property. Parking is available within the concrete areas in front of the garage only. All gravel and non-concrete areas are private property and are not owned by the property owner - NOTE: Each year, from approximately November 1st to March 15th, the lake level is lowered between 3 ft & 5 ft. As a result, the water level at the shoreline and dock will be lower than it appears in the photos. The lake is generally still accessible for swimming, paddling, fishing, boating, and other water sports, though such uses are not as common during the winter months except fishing, which improves! - NOTE: The entity that controls the lake (Entergy) requires signage at the dock regarding the risk of electric shock, regardless of whether there is any issue regarding the same. The owners often swim at the dock and so have many guests - NOTE: The garage remains locked and is not accessible for guests - NOTE: The boat dock has a private boat parked in the slip, lifted out of the water. Thus, the slip may not be used by guests (and the boat is not for guests' usage). If guests bring a boat or rent a boat, they may tie up the boat on the other side of the dock where the tie-down cleats are located - NOTE: This property does not include any watercraft (such as SUP, kayaks, canoe) as an included amenity. There are businesses on the lake and in town that rent kayaks and SUPs. Guests may use any blow-up inner tubes or floatation devices found in the laundry room

The place was awesome. The only suggestion I would make is to put curtains or shades on the Master Bedroom windows to allow for some privacy. We loved the location and views of the lake
Perfect place for a girls weekend and swimming off the dock. Would be great for family too.

Relaxing and Peaceful
The house is situated on a secluded part of the lake, offering peace and quiet. The view across the lake is of a forest, and there are large windows all across the back of the house. It was amazing waking up to that beautiful view. Very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our time there.
Amazing home and location for our family vacation! The location to the water and all of the amenities made for an amazing time. The only concern for utilizing in the future is the parking availability that would not allow for a boat or kayak trailer.
My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. We plan to return in the summer to enjoy fishing and kayaking.
If you want seclusion, peace and quiet, then this is the place! Great location on Lake Hamilton in a cove so it is not as busy as the other portions of the lake. Located close to all the spots in Hot Springs and not too far of a drive to get to places. The house has ample areas to enjoy hanging outside on the deck, boat dock, etc. A great place to stay and unwind. Highly recommend!!!
This house is a little off the beaten path but welll worth the drive! It was very quiet and cozy. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, and very comfortable. The views, even in winter, are breathtaking!
What a great place! Just came to get away with a couple of friends. Really enjoyed the area, and the weather was gorgeous. The house was wonderful! Had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The outdoor area was awesome, however part of it was under construction. We just enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck and watching the boats go by. Would definitely come back.
The home is lovely with everything you need provided. All furniture, especially the beds, were very comfortable. The deck and dock were so much fun. Fishing and swimming are allowed right off of the dock. We are already planning our trip next year!
We loved our stay at the lakefront home! Information about check in was clearly communicated in advance. The area was easy to find, and the neighborhood was peaceful. It also wasn’t far from places we wanted to visit (Hot Springs, Garvan Gardens, Lake Catherine, etc.). We enjoyed a lot of time at the home cooking, listening to the rain on the roof, and watching movies. The home was welcoming, clean, and well-stocked with necessities (cooking supplies, towels, toiletries, etc). This place is one I will easily recommend to friends and may return to one day!

Wow! What an awesome place!
We had an awesome time! Eric's property fit our group perfectly and the lake views/dock/fishing were the highlight of our trip. Eric was very responsive to any questions we had and check in/check out was extremely smooth. The lakefront home was close enough to Hot Springs but still far enough away to really enjoy the serenity and nature of Lake Hamilton and exploring State/National Parks in the area. We're already trying to figure out a time for us to come back next year!
