Great woodsy cabin. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Perfect for small families with kids, pets or groups of friends! Walk to Bear Mountain and the golf course.

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 1000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, ceiling fan, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has a double bed and double/twin bunkbed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertop, stainless steel appliances. stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENETIES - Smart TV's with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card, games. Laundry area with stack-able washer/dryer available.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Good location. Good Price.

It was a great stay with a wonderful, cozy fireplace. Just be ready to use the portable heaters to warm up the upstairs bedrooms; They work well.
