With three bedrooms accommodating up to six guests, everyone will have their own cozy space. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the third offers a king-single bed with a handy single trundle underneath.



Forget chilly nights with double glazed windows throughout, and a toasty gas heater in the lounge ensuring warmth and comfort. There are portable heaters, a panel heater in the bedroom’s hallway, and for those extra chilly nights, electric blankets guarantee a snug night's sleep.



Embrace the morning sun as you sip your coffee on the welcoming patio, accessible from the lounge, dining area, and master bedroom. Fully fenced for peace of mind, it's the ideal spot for little ones to play safely while you soak up the serene surroundings.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
