Its two bedroom, two bath layout is ideal for a family to move around freely and get comfortable. There is an oceanview master bedroom as well as an oceanview balcony.The Beach Colony Resort has some impressive amenities available for vacation guests right on the grounds. There are fabulous indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as hot tubs, lazy river and a kiddie pool. The resort also offers guests a fitness center, on-site restaurant, a game room and a shuffleboard and racquetball court.Just a short walk to the beach and you can also begin to experience some water activities. Very clean and well organized. The washer and dryer were a big help. Close to the beach and they had a restaurant downstairs for lunch and dinner.

Not what I expected

The condo doesnt look anything like the pictures. Very old and needs remodeling. Furniture was not clean and old, sheets and matress were not clean, ashes and sand on balcony, crumbs and food wrapper in pull out coache, moldy ceilings, toilets were not clean. It was not worth the price we paid for me and my guest.

when arrived room was not clean had to wait untill 10 pm to be cleaned front desk staff never at desk doors were always open no security unit was a pig sty could hear loud music every night untill wee hours saw puke at pool took 2 days to clean not family freindly

The place was filthy! There was food all over the living room floor. Dirt and sand all over the dining room table. The pillow case had blood on it. The mattress had metal springs coming out! Linens were dirty. Dust was so thick you could cut it with a knife. I spoke with management several times. They advised that the cleaning crew would come in the morning but they never did. When I asked why they didn’t come. A lady Adam’s to go to the office on the way upon checking out. When I went by there it was closed. I would never stay there again. Even if it was free!

Almost perfect

The Beach Colony Resort was really great for a long weekend at the beach. A very short walk from the elevators to the beach. The pools and lazy river were great for mixing up our outdoor activities. I really liked the platform beds in the room with two double beds since the kids couldn’t misplace things underneath. The check in process was smooth but the check in time isn’t actually 3pm as listed on VRBO. After you check out on VRBO you will receive and rental agreement that says the real check in time is whenever the room is clean, which could be as late as 7:30pm. We were not allowed to go into our rental until 5pm which messed up our pre-paid dinner plans at Polynesian Fire.

The Condo is filthy!! Needs a good deep cleaning!!

The property and amenity's were great! The owner of the condo needs to go and stay a few days! There were no face towels, dish towel, dish rag, mat to step out on from the shower. Need a new skillet. And that stupid spin around lock on the door!! I WOULD NOT STAY IN THAT CONDO AGAIN!
