Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This New to the rental program condo has all of the amenities of home. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a smart tv with a roku remote, bedside tables, plenty of closet space so you can fully unpack to feel more at home. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a twin-size sleeper sofa, an arm chair, a smart tv with a roku remote, an electric fireplace, and beautiful side tables. The kitchenette offers a 12 cup coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and a toaster. In the handy coat closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofas, an iron with an ironing board, a broom, and additional storage. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, a walk-in shower and separate toilet room, and a vanity that provides additional storage. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating arrangement on the large screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, and limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you brought your little one.

Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great location! Close to beach and downtown. Condo has been mostly remodeled. New furniture, cute but also tastefully done nautical theme. Nice to have 2 sofa beds! Bathroom was a little rough. Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas? No table/chairs to sit at to play games, eat, work etc. Pool was not heated for summer and there were some repairs needed but functional. It was a little pricey for what it is…would not call it “luxury” but location and updates helped make it more worth it. Beautiful area!Overall we had a nice stay.

Great location

As reviews before have stated this places could use some updates but overall it was clean and comfortable and quite. We went for the Charlevoix marathon and you can see the start/finish line from the porch. Very nice. I would suggest more lighting. Everything seems dimly lit to me and it made it hard to read my summer reading book I brought along in the evenings.

Not exactly what I had expected

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we wanted to check out the screened patio area, the door was difficult to open and the screen in the door was in poor shape. The lighting in the living area was also poor. We were glad the weather was pretty good so we didn't spend a great deal of time indoors. The air conditioner in the bedroom was so loud that we turned it off at night. The place could certainly use some up dating.

Dirty, creepy, and odors that caused my sister a systemic reaction so bad, she went to the emergency room. We did not spend the night because the room, we felt, was uninhabitable. There was a screened in porch attached to our that was barely standing. When we went out there we were basically on the sidewalk. I had made reservations the same day that we were planning on staying. I was told at the time that there would be no refunds. I can understand this. However, when we were unable for health reasons, to stay, we were offered a gift certificate. How ridiculous! I would sleep on the street rather than stay at this hotel. Don’t bother.
