Neat as a Pin - Private Pool club, 37 ft Dock. Porch, Great Boating Access!

This ground level 1/2 duplex is perfect for a family. Mostly new amenities in this renovated home and a reservation comes with free access to a private pool and ocean-front beach club nearby.
It is neat and clean with full a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds(3), Dock space of 37 feet(mostly on a step-down dock) and easy boating access to the Atlantic and Gulf.

NOTE: This home is FOR SALE and we will honor reservations made at least, through the end of November 2026.

Brand new and quiet hurricane windows, doors and sliding glass door is installed in January 2023

CABANA CLUB included with your stay. This is a Private Pool club with an Ocean-front Beach, lounge chairs, tables, a full service bar and food & drinks available.

** Most pets allowed.... please inquire first**

Inside
Full kitchen and open air living room layout with sliding glass door looks out a wide
canal. Frequent visitors include manatees, egrets, flocks of Ibis, pelicans, local fish and
the occasional tarpon and sharks. Yes you can fish in the canal and fishing poles may be available.
Kitchen has a full set of appliances and new Keurig and drip style coffee makers.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private master bathroom
2nd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and private bathroom

Back porch is extra wide and a roof for extra protection and shade
Step-down dock with fish table -37 feet of dock space total but more may be
available.

Plenty of parking in front and room for a boat trailer(1 trailer allowed)
Linens, towels comforters, pillows all provided as well as a full kitchen
with pots, pans, dishes etc...

Key Colony Beach has many visitors coming back year after year - with quiet streets, bike paths, an ocean-front park, 2 to 3 restaurants within walking distance it has everything for a great vacation!

The location is great and the space is perfect for two adult couples, as both bathrooms are en-suite. We loved being able to bring the dog on vacation with us. Also going to the cabana club is a nice perk. Gregg the property manager was responsive and easy to deal with. We’ve rented many properties in Key Colony and we would be likely to rent this one again.

Perfect for 10 day fish trip. Nice location, perfect to keep boat in water. Easy access to gulf & ocean. Outside dining table was great. Laundry & dishwasher were very nice to have. Cabana club was fun - take address with you or you can't get in.

Easy in and out, and quiet area. A lot of people out and about walking, running and biking through the neighborhood daily.Cabana club wasn’t hectic and easy to navigate for us. We typically stay in Key Largo but wanted to scuba dive different areas so we stayed here this time. Diving wasn’t great due to heavy winds. (No bearing on host or place to stay though.)Several really fantastic restaurants in this area that we’ve frequented before so it was nice to stay closer to them.Eat at fisheries, castaway’s, Irie’s Tacos, island fish Co. (Brunch), and possibly the greatest find this time was Docks in Stock Island although it is a drive.We love the older layed back feel of this area.Canal behind the house was nice for sitting out in the sun on a cooler day. Fishing is. It the greatest there but I feel like it’s because the canals get fished a lot there.Public access to fishing though in the area is easy.Thanks for great communication and an easy stay.Would definitely consider here again too.

It was a nice property and location. Safe area, quiet and nice to be able to use pool. Gregg was easy to work with, and so was the property manager on duty when there was an electrical problem. Never stayed at a VRBO before, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I did find the beds to be older and uncomfortable and the linens, although most were clean, they were very worn. Furniture and pillows had some stains. Not sure about supplies, but two rolls of toilet paper and one garbage bag seemed a little low . Obviously I bought more for us, but dont feel I should pay for the next persons supplies. Maybe that's how they all are ?

Great vacation home

We had a great time here. Nice, fun, beautiful and very safe community. Cabana club pool and beach is 1/2 mile away. Located on a canal with nice view. You can also walk down to sunset park to see a stunning sunset. Will definitely be back!

Great Sunsets and Lifelong Memories in Key Colony Beach

Great communication from the property manager Greg. From check in to check out everything went smooth and we had a very enjoyable stay. The Cabana Club chilled pool that was included with this property made our stay ever more enjoyable! I would recommend staying at any property that Greg manages. We would certainly return and stay here again.

Great time in Key Colony. Beautiful area.

We were a family of 5 adults. Check in was very easy and everything was as stated. The area wasn't too busy when we were there but there were still enough people around to make it fun. Cabana club was fun. Nice getaway would love to come back and stay longer.

Week of Thanksgiving

We took the week of Thanksgiving and spent it in Key Colony Beach . The rental was pet friendly which was wonderful. We have stayed in Key Colony Beach several times prior but never brought our dog , this was the 1st time but certainly will not be the last. The owner's son was at the other side of the duplex and and staying a week. We had a really good time with him and his friends, We will come back.

Great Real Keys

Family of 5 stayed for a week with our boat. This is a true keys place on a canal. Nothing fancy but fit our needs perfect. Easy access to everything on and off the water. Kitchen was stocked as needed to cook dinner in. We were able to fit our trailer in the driveway. Very relaxing stay and our kids enjoyed fishing the bulkhead after a day on the boat. Gregg the manager was also very accommodating and easy to reach. We will stay again

Great for a Guy's trip

This rental is great for a guy get-away. The one bathroom had no electrical sockets so you can't blown dry your hair and the first bedroom had no lights in it that worked and there was no blow dryer. Also, the kitchen supplies were minimum and there was no cleaning supplies to use.

Amazing Trip

The property was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We had enough doc space to accommodate a 34ft boat. There was also trailer parking available on the next street over from the house in a gated and secure area. We stayed at this property for three weeks and overall had an amazing time. We will be back next year.

While the overall stay was ok, there were problems that occurred with the house. The hot water line leaked causing flooding in 2 bedrooms. The microwave broke, the toilet clogged up twice. The owners did the best they could to repair.

Few issues with ants in the master shower and found two dead palmetto bugs, separate days, in the common area. The refrigerator was missing the bottom glass. As a whole, nice clean place.
