This is an amazing home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The views are stunning, and the home has everything you could want or need in a rental. Great kitchen, outdoor spaces, stereo and TV.

Berkeley Hills

This is an absolutely stunning property. Amazing view, comfortable beds and linens, large sitting and dining area, chef appointed kitchen. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving there. Highly recommend. Thanks to the owners for such a lovely home.

we had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home. It was perfect space for our family get together during graduation at UC Berkeley. They had amazing amenities. The service from Hostwelll was perfection. the view was magnificent from all of the rooms. And parking was simple and easy.

Great Views

Nice modern house in the Claremont Hills. Very convenient. Clean and well appointed. Fabulous views. It is really a three bedroom. Only one car off street parking. Good for a family gathering.

Stunning view of the bay area. Perfect accommodations for 6 of us. So many great coffee shops and bakeries nearby in Berkeley. We fully maximized the use of the kitchen to make a grand meal too. Thank you!

Spectacular

The home was very nice, probably better than expected from the photos. Located in the Berkeley Hills, you have to travel some windy roads to get there, and getting in and out of the parking spot was a challenge with all the cars parked on the street. But it was worth it. The view was spectacular, the rooms were ample and very comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed. Property owner Hostwell was easy to reach and very accommodating. Only minor complaint would be the water pressure in the upstairs shower. Other than that, it was great.
