Come and enjoy what The Villages is all about at this amazing home in Phillips Villas! So much room and convenience where you can bring man's best friend and spread out in this home-away-from-home. Enjoy access to the home's golf cart to get to some of the best golf in The Villages at Nancy Lopez Legends courses and a handful of great executive courses, as well! It's an easy walk to the pool if you want to stretch your legs or cart over to the country club pool! Some of the best dining is there as well or, if you want something more casual, head to Beef O'Brady's in the plaza.

I haven’t any complaints about the property. The booking process was organized and made our stay stress free. Property close to family and the Villages are calling my name. I would love to stay at property again. The Villages, as a whole, is the perfect place for me to live. I would love the chance to be a part of the community permanently.

A Villages Villa

This property is located in the northern part of the Villages, and is so close to groceries, gas, and shopping. With over 100 miles of golf cart paths you can go practically everywhere in the golf cart. The pool is super close and plenty of safe areas to walk your fur babies. The Villa its self was very spacious and the enclosed courtyard was well kept up and easy to left the dogs in and out. The keyless front door entry made it very convenient as well. They also have lots of extras like beach towels, umbrellas, and golfing supplies. This was overall an amazing location just 4 minutes from Publix grocery store and gas for the golf cart. I suggest downloading the “weather Bug and Villages app”

Quick Stay for Dad’s 80th

Good communication with rental agency/representative. Fantastic house. A very, very short walk to the pool. Super quiet neighborhood. Well appointed home, especially the kitchen. Didn’t use the golf cart but it looks like a lot of fun and excellent condition. Patio furniture is biggest omission, bite suspect it’s on the horizon? I just wanted to sit in a lounge chair and read outside but nothing on site! (So I did that at the pool!) Oh—-beds are fantastic.

We would definitely work with them again! Loved the house, location was great, the neighbors we’re so welcoming and friendly in the entire area. Lots of places to walk and view the beautiful landscaping around each house. Our dog loved it! Beautiful patio area, wide-open space. I did a little cleaning myself because I’m particular. Overall, the house was clean and I would definitely stay there again.
