This townhouse has excellent location. Its located next to Cabopino Golf course and just short walk to the most beautiful beach on the cost, Cabopino Beach. Townhouse itself offers you lots of space and outdoor area where you can relax . Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with glass showers. Each level has a terrace with amazing views over golf course and specious roof top with sea views. Roof top is equipped with BBQ, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs and outdoor shower. In the lower level there is amazing play room with Ping pong table, Pool table , comfortable sofas for some relaxing time.
This townhouse has so much space, that it easy accommodate few families and provides lots of privacy without disturbing each other.

What makes this property unique

doesn't matter in which season you are planning to come, there is lots of things to do. Beach, Golf, First class dinning, festivals , shopping, ext. And everything in very short distance from the house.
