The main level features a cozy master bedroom with a queen bed, along with two custom-built twin bunk beds that are perfect for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, the spacious loft offers a second queen bed and room to unwind. Very cute

Very nice, my friend and I stayed 2 nights. We didn’t cook but used the refrigerator. A tiny house with full size rooms and appliances. I slept upstairs, ceiling is low but high enough to sit up in bed. We enjoyed the front porch too.

Perfect Relaxing Spot

Amazing home. Great accommodations. It is about 20 min from Little River Canyon and/or DeSoto Falls/Park. Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Such a great concept. They have ROKU TVs with additional streaming apps. There was no hair dryer - which was not a big deal for us, but may be an inconvenience to some.

Mentone weekend

Very clean comfortable tiny home. Only complaint is the hot water did not work in shower. It Worked in other faucets. Made bathing very uncomfortable. We improvised but didn't enjoy the discomfort. Otherwise it was very nice.

This is a very relaxing and cozy property and we very much enjoyed our stay. However, there were some issues when we arrived. The internet was not working and it took several hours to get back up. The property management worked back and forth with us to fix the problem and the lady was very sweet on the phone, however we didn't have the greatest phone signal and walking around the property in the cold evening air to get a signal was not enjoyable. There were light bulbs burned out, batteries not working in remotes and the hot water valve was turned off under the kitchen sink. We would rent the cute place again, but they need to be inspecting the place for issues more often.

The place was very clean, we did have issues with the wifi connection but they did everything possible to get us connected. Took a long time to get hot water in the kitchen. Over all was a great weekend.

It was a good stay. There were some bugs/ spiders and some dust in the house which was a bummer, but overall we loved the area and the stay was comfortable enough. Beautiful location, would not recommend for toddlers maybe a little older would be better as the ladder isn’t suitable for younger kids. Also the stairs to the porch need to be addressed asap. There are makeshift steps using cinder blocks that would make sense for a temporary use, however these are not safe and loose, I almost fell at least once on my way out. Outside of those few concerns it’s a good stay.

Great cozy getaway

We loved our stay at The Dreamer property. It was the oerfect size space for my husband and I, and great location! The property was well decorated and had plenty of comforts/amenities. It was also very close to cute shops, great restaurants, and great hiking. We’ll definitely be returning!
