Century One-2 Bedroom Ocean Front Condo with Indoor Pool!

It's all about the view! This unique split-level condo offers two private balconies with incredible ocean and bay views, giving you the perfect vantage point to enjoy both sunrise over the Atlantic and sunset over Assawoman Bay. The entry level features a private king primary bedroom with dramatic floor-to-ceiling oceanfront windows, allowing you to wake up to beautiful ocean views each morning. Just outside the bedroom door you'll find a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Downstairs, the comfortable living area provides a welcoming place to relax, complete with a sleeper sofa and access to the large oceanfront balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. The kitchen area includes seating for six, making it easy to gather for meals together. The second bedroom features its own balcony with spectacular Assawoman Bay sunset views, offering a peaceful spot to unwind at the end of the day. Both bedrooms and the living area feature new carpet for the 2024 season, adding fresh comfort to your stay. Both bathrooms include tub and shower combinations for convenience.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Beautiful views

Loved being ocean front and the ease of setting up for a day at the beach. Kids loved using the pool as well. Master bed was very comfortable. Blinds however would fall every time opening or closing them every day and the coffee maker is borderline broken. Dishwasher was broken our entire week except for the last day. Besides that we loved it! Thank you!

EVERYTHING OLD AND NOT UPDATED - CHEAP, DEPRESSING JUST PLAIN SAD. WAS CLEANED BUT STILL HAS DIRTY CARPET AND OLD KITCHEN CABINETS, APPLIANCES ETC PLASTIC FURNITURE JUST CHEAP AND SAD. NOIT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. (IT ALL NEEDS TO BE UPDATED! - INCL THE BUILDING)

Great choice for the price!!!

The condo was AMAZING!! It was plenty of space for my family to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay! We did have an issue when we got there, the cleaning people must have dead bolted it which we didn't have a key for but the property management came right over and got us in. There was a huge stain on carpet when we got in there, but I understand that some things are hard to clean and it was in a spot that didn't bother me so much so I didn't complain. Overall it was amazing and perfect. And huge! The security guard of the building also took a family photo for us. It was a very safe building. We will be coming back!
