Step inside to find a thoughtfully updated interior with an open floor plan. The modern kitchen features sleek quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and full-size appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, a stackable washer and dryer provide added convenience.

The main level is designed for relaxation and socializing, with a powder room near the dining area. The living room, furnished with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 65" 4k Samsung Smart TV, opens onto a private patio. Enjoy outdoor dining with a gas grill and seating that overlooks the serene, end-unit courtyard.

On the second floor, the master bedroom awaits with a king-size bed, a 43" Samsung Smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30 lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa. Please note that pets are not permitted on the back patio or in the central courtyard area.
