The Space:

The Location - Nestled in an area close to Noosa National Park and just a stones throw from Little Cove Beach, Little Cove Town Houses is a unique complex of just 12 townhouses on the corner of Kareela Ave & Pandanus St. This unit includes a large one-acre leisure grassed area, a sunny complex swimming pool and a communal BBQ area. This is perfect for families, with the kids able to play on the grassy area or swim in the pool. There is no through traffic keeping this area quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle of any busy roads. A short walk will find you in the Noosa National Park, shopping or dining in iconic Hastings St or simply lying on Noosa's famous Main Beach or Little Cove Beach - or hanging 5 on the point break!



The Unit – This two-level unit complex of 12 townhouses offers an open plan living and dining area with flat screen TV, free internet access, ceiling fan, and air conditioning with. The dining area is adjacent to a fully equipped renovated kitchen with quality finishes which includes Westinghouse fridge/freezer, microwave, Westinghouse wall oven, cooktop, and Omega dishwasher which provides guests with an option to prepare meals from this home away from home or to dine out at one of the restaurants nearby.



All airconditioned bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom has queen size bed, with private ensuite, built-in robes and ceiling fan with an access to the balcony, while the second& third bedrooms have two single beds. The family bathroom has large walk-in shower and a toilet. The laundry facility provides Electrolux front loading washer and F&P clothes dryer.



The unit features its own shaded courtyard overlooking the pool area, patio off living area with outdoor dining, and a single lockup garage with automatic door.



Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00 pm.







Note : Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted at this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience at the accommodation was very good. However the cleaning of the unit could be improved. The was dirt and dust under every bed, the lounges and lounge cushions. The windows had not been cleaned. The dish drainer was rustyContacting the property manager could be improved in regard to answering telephone calls and was also confusing when emails were received from more than one email address

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a townhouse in Little Cove, set among lovely gardens, and a relatively easy 10 minute walk to Hastings Street. Also only a 5-10 minute walk to the National park. The location was perfect. The rental was relatively clean ( a bit sandy in places, & the fly screens needed a good clean) but overall satisfactory to our needs. I would certainly stay there again,& would recommend to friends. We enjoyed some of the restaurants & shops,loved the beach, and explored some of the hinterland. Noosa is a favourite destination for me, and I will return.
