Our favorite condo. This is our 3rd stay.Wonderful 1st floor makes it easily accessible with little kids & all beach equipment. Love this condo.

It would have been much better if it was actually cleaned. It was dirty, nothing swept or mopped and the shower curtain was disgustingly.

The owner took care of several problems quickly. The unit was clean but the furnishings were a bit dated. There needs to be a chair in the living room. The outdoor furniture was crammed into a small space. The patio furniture was filthy! My biggest problem was there was no information about the unit or the area. There was a framed list of many chores you were to complete on check out day. I don't mind putting linens in the wash but why would I have to sweep the entire unit? I paid a cleaning fee. The keypad had no instructions and thankfully we had help with that. It wasn't an awful stay but many negative things occurred which added stress instead of relaxing. Thanks!

Thank you for your comments. For future guests, the keypad is a standard Schlage keypad that you press four numbers and press the return button. The outdoor porch is limited by the condo size and our goal is there was to have enough seating for eight. We will definitely have the porch furniture cleaned more regularly. If you would have made us aware the porch furniture our cleaning crew is on site and could have addressed immediately. At this point information in a binder about the local area just gets quickly dated so we do not provide that anymore. A quick google search gives you more up to date information especially with seasonal hours.

We stayed at this place two years ago and we liked it so much that we booked it again. Dev was available via the phone. Excellent host we would definitely stay there again in the future.
This is my brother and his wife and me, at the famous Oasis restaurant. Great food and service.

This unit is exactly as pictured online. Clean, everything works like it should. Beds are comfortable, good air conditioning, fast internet, and good hot water in showers. Unit is bigger than it appears in the photos. Lots of closet space. Beach chairs, books, and games available. Complex was clean and quiet. Plentiful parking. Easy access to the beautiful beach. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for our Christmas Vacation.

Great location with quick access to the beach, the club house, and numerous local establishments. The guidance for check-in/check-out was simple, the property manager was highly responsive, and the condo had everything my family needed. We had a wonderful time at this location and would happily stay here again.

Super clean place, great location, family environment. Large condo with all the amenities, close walk to the beach (about 75 steps to walkway, 2 pools, plenty of parking. Great stay and we will be back.

Perfect for Families

The condo was just what we needed. It was very clean upon arrival. The proximity to the beach and pool was perfect. It was great to have a washer/dryer to use during our stay. Grocery stores very close by and historic Old Town about 15 minutes away.

Best vacation ever!

This was the perfect getaway. Short walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful! And it is close to Old Town for sightseeing - the Trolley ride is a must-do! The condo was every we expected and more! My whole family loved it so much! We will be back!

Very spacious condo

Will definitely return! The condo is perfect for families with kids. Also the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you will need to prepare meals. I really liked that there were beach towels and a beach wagon.

It was like home.

We love this condo Sooo much. If and then we go back, we hope to stay there again. Very, very clean and nice. Wonderful location and quiet. We felt very safe. Close to a very nice beach. And the beach was beautiful. White sand and the sound of the ocean. Very, very nice and relaxing.

Fantastic!

It was perfect, this property was clean, had great parking, beautiful pools, close to the beach, quiet and had everything you could possibly need, beach chairs etc. This was a wonderful experience. 15 minutes to St Augustine, near lots of restaurants and grocery stores.
