2/2 Home located in a quiet neighborhood with pool

Inviting air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bath pool home located in an extremely quiet residential neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive or easy bike ride to Marco's South Beach and Marco Walk Plaza shops and restaurants. The spacious master bedroom with the custom tiled shower also opens to the lanai area. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a twin XL over. The living room sofa opens into a queen sized bed .
Home is walking distance to Mackle Park with quick access to the playground, perfect for families with small children. Large sliders extend the living room into the private tropical screened lanai with heated pool and outdoor TV. Adjacent to the pool is an outside dining table with seating for 6. There is a removable protect-a-child fence separating part of the screened lanai from the pool. Bikes available.

Took a family trip to this house. Beautiful well maintained yard. Clean house. Plenty of towels. Our kids (2 and 4) loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cute house with convenient location

Great location for anyone wanting to stay on Marco Island! The neighborhood was very quiet, house was clean, and included lots of great beach toys for the kids. We loved the pool and beautiful yard! The only downside was having to provide our own trash bags and paper products, but overall I would recommend this home!

Adequate rental.

The property was ok but it would have been nice to have chaise lounge chairs for tanning, batteries in the remotes, a working can opener, and a blender. Having the washer and dryer in the garage was a bit inconvenient but at least they were usable. Overall this property is ok for two people but the second bedroom is very cramped and small so uncomfortable for guests. Nice neighborhood.

Wonderful Family Get-Away

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and this property was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and neighbors. The pool/lanai/back yard area was awesome. Beautiful yard. The house had tons of towels (both bath and beach). Plenty of gear for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and toys). No cart or wagon, but that's fine. There was a cooler, but it appeared to be put away and not meant to be accessible for renters. We had our own anyways. There were 4 adult bikes which was great. Maybe a little TLC soon as we had a seat that was loose and a tire that looked like it might blow out. All were serviceable and did the trick. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the adjustable base in the master. Plenty of extra bedding if you need it. Kitchen was great. Had pretty much all you could need for dishes and accessories. Modest amount of seasonings and spices, but that's all...no left over condiments from other renters. No issues with that...more of an FYI. There was a good amount of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a couple of laundry pods. I'd bring a couple of these with you. They start you off with toilet paper in each bath and a roll of paper-towel. You'll need to buy or bring some. Again...no issues, just an FYI. Overall great place. Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay.

The house came as advertised. Pool was excellent super clean as was the whole house. having the bicycles in the garage to use was awesome. one negative in that the propane tank for the gas grill ran empty second to last night. We didn’t even use it that much. There was a spare in the garage. I saw, but it was also empty not a dealbreaker debating re-upping for next March April overall very good.
