Walking distance to all town feature, and only a couple blocks to the closest lift. Short walk home at the end of the day from the bottom of the 4 O'clock run.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for four days with our two kids. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable! We really appreciated the little details that have gone into making the condo cozy. The walk to the Village and Quicksilver lift is only about 5 minutes. The kitchen is also very well stocked for a vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again when in Breck!

This condo is set up perfectly and so well equipped with all you need. The plentiful blankets and coziness of the condo are perfect. The sofa bed memory foam mattress is very comfortable. Being able to walk to town for shopping and food is such a bonus. The walk to lift isn't bad, even in ski boots. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to come back and stay again.

Everything we needed

We had a great stay. The condo is so close to restaurants and everything in town.The owners were quick to respond to any questions and helped us get settled easily. We never did the "close" chair lift for skiing, but Peak 9 was a 3 block walk - we made it work - even in ski boots. Hot tub is a busy place, but 20 feet away, so we always managed to find a quieter time to jump in.

Retirement celebration

The condo was conveniently located and the check in process was easy. We cooked most of our meals in and were pleasantly surprised by food prep tools not usually available in rentals. Also, nice dishes and glassware. Only suggestion we had was to check the oven broiler. Seemed to work intermittently. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Great location for our summer visit!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at the condo! The owners provided a helpful guide about the condo and were so helpful and called right away when we were having trouble locating the parking garage entrance. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and couldn't beat the location for proximity to Main Street! This is out of the owner's control, but the community pool didn't look clean and needed some attention. We were also a bit disappointed we couldn't open the window in the master bedroom (note that it was broken and not to open) at night since we were there during the summer, but having all of the fans in the bedrooms was nice! Would definitely recommend this condo for families!

Great apartment, just needs a little TLC to justify the price point. Bedroom windows need to be repaired/replaced, as they’re not functional. Some kitchen drawers are lacking stops and pull out of their tracks. Dishwasher leans forward when the door is open and a drawer is pulled out for loading/unloading. Building uses a stick on a rope as a garage door opener instead of a motion sensor or some other more modern approach.

Regarding the bedroom windows, they are original to the building, and while fully functional, they do require some gentleness when opening and closing, as noted. It's fully functional and will remain as part of the charm of the space for owners and guests."

Beautiful, Amazing & Perfect!

What a gorgeous place!!! Everything is laid out so nice and they have lots of extra towels and extras. They even have nite lights in a tray to use. They have thought of everything!! This place is 2 minute walk to downtown main street, the river walk, restaurants and all. Having an indoor parking with elevator access was great! It's heated too, so winter, that would be a huge deal. There are plenty of luggage carts in the garage as well. I would most definitely stay here again!!! I didn't want to leave, it was so cozy! Oh, speaking of cozy.... The beds, pillows and even the sheets were like a 5 star hotel!! In the living room lots of ultra soft cozy throws. Perfect!!!

Best place we’ve ever stayed in Summit County

The most important things about this condo were the location and space. We had an easy four minute walk to the bottom of the Quicksilver lift each morning, and a six minute walk to Main Street for restaurants and fun in the evenings. I have to add though, that this place had so many unexpected niceties that enhanced our stay. There were almost a dozen warm fuzzy blankets in baskets in each room, humidifiers in both bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with every cooking implement and all dishes you could need, the hot tub was about 10 feet down the hallway which meant we used it more often than if it had been further away. And the mattress in the master bedroom is more comfortable than the one I have at home.

Nice updated condo

The property appears to have been recently updated , was clean and met all expectations. The walk to the lift is about 10 minutes and the walk to main street is very easy.
