Village area. The condo has granite counter-tops with bar style seating, a

dining area, and washer/dryer set. Enjoy the warmth of gas fireplace while

watching your favorite TV show in the living room.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a hotel size king bed with en-suite bathroom

The second bedroom has a queen size bed

The sleeper sofa pulls out in the living area for additional sleeping.

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
