this is a perfect property for you!



**The Space**

Lovely two bedroom, two bathroom condominium with head-on views of the slopes

and base area from the balcony. Perfect location for watching music events or

fireworks during special events. Family style dining table looking out through

the picture window stage up the ideal vacation retreat.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has two queen size beds with ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

Apartment was very convenient. It is not well lit though- very dark. Bed arrangement is a little strange with 2 queens in the master. It is well-equipped, nice kitchen.
