This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three relaxing bedrooms with private bathrooms, incredible Cougar Point Golf Course views, and high-quality furnishings. Located in Kiawah's West Beach area, this Fairway Oaks villa is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach.

This chic end-unit villa features a two-story townhouse layout with generous living spaces, white oak flooring, shiplap accents, and abundant natural light. In the living area, you will enjoy expansive golf views, comfortable seating, and a built-in entertainment center with a TV. A fabulously renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and Bosch appliances has everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The adjacent dining area ideally overlooks the 17th green of Cougar Point Golf Course.

The villa's first bedroom is conveniently located on the main level. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two remaining bedrooms are located up a short flight of stairs. Offering a king-sized bed, a coastal color palette, and lovely golf views, the primary bedroom is a retreat in itself. The attached private bathroom has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has one twin bed, one queen bed, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A queen air mattress is also available for guest use.

Overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, the villa's deck is the perfect place to relax or enjoy a meal al fresco. The deck offers a bistro table with seating for two.

The villa is equipped with a new washer and dryer, high-speed internet, a monitor for remote workers, a Keurig coffee maker, Dutch oven, and 3 TVs.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Lovely and comfortable home. We enjoyed watching golfers and the maintenance crew on the 17th hole from the condo. Shopping and dining were just a short drive or bike ride away. We picked up groceries there and enjoyed sushi, pizza and ice cream at the restaurants. It is not a short drive into Charleston, but if you make your way there check out two great restaurants - Magnolias and Lewis' BBQ.

Really like the location since we had planned to go to Charleston a couple days. It’s great to be on that end of the island. We did get a little confused our first day as to where to access the beach, but we figured it out and it was a 5 minute walk or less.

Great location on the golf course and a short walk to the beach. Had it not been for hurricane Debby, we would have definitely enjoyed our time in Kiawah a lot more than we did. We would definitely consider staying at the property again.

GREAT value for Spring Break

My husband and I rented this property for Spring Break for my children (ages 1, 5 and 7) and my grandmother (age 84). It was great for all of us. The beds were comfortable, the space was tastefully decorated, the unit was super clean and very well stocked with extra linens and towels, and the location was close to the beach and Fresh Fields. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice place as advertised

Very nice place for a short trip. Kitchen was better outfitted than most places I’ve stayed. Loved sitting outside on the back porch. Very nice updates to the condo. I would recommend a new ‘coffee table’ and couch. Seems subpar for the amount of money charged and the other finishes in the home.
