I was in Albuquerque for a work trip with 3 co-workers and this house was perfect. It was a nice relaxing place to stay after long days of working. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Daris was great and and very quick and accommodating to our requests. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Decent

It was a decent property, is just needed some better cleaning. There were bugs and spiders everywhere. We even left early because of it.

We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. - The home is regularly treated for pests so this should not have been an issue. We have not had any concerns about this since nor seen any pests in the home. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Needs work, and check fees!

Unusual floor plan, for starters. Main level bedroom has a tiny wardrobe, despite a huge closet that has NO shelves, poles for hangers, etc. Weird. There could be nice views from the windows if they were not all filthy and/or cloudy due to age and lost seals. Crumbs and a bit of trash under the Master bed. Some fees made no sense. Guest service fee was about double it would be for the following 4 days ? Makes no sense, and got no good answer from Vrbo or Evolve. Be careful if you book this run down home. Also, beware of the protruding bolts in the wall at the gate ! That is an injury lawsuit waiting to happen.

Great maintenance response

Had a issue with the heat when we first arrived called the next day and spoke with Darius she walked us through a few things and asked that we call her back if that didn't work, we had to call her back and she had maintenance man out within an hour. He looked at a few things and went and got space heaters until he could fix it so the house would stay warm. He fixed the issue and the house was warm when we returned from our plans. GREAT JOB on the heat issue and the view from the upstairs was marvelous!! Would love to rent this property again.

Westside

Good location for working if you have to commute but are committed to west side,!given westside's awful traffic, and good access for lots of activities. House is functional and reasonable, though aging,, and I've paid as much for nicer places recently. Photos indicate a garage, but you'd have to read the fine print to realize you don't actually have access to it. As advertised, but a number of rooms and closets are locked, labeled, and used presumably for host's storage. Carpets look like it has been a rental for a long time. Bring your own soap - laundry, dish, and sink soap provided, but none in showers.
