We had a fantastic stay. We felt like we were staying at a family members home. Everything we needed was on premises along with an entire book dedicated towards activities in the area on a more personal note my wife sister left two small earrings which were found by the cleaning staff and the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to be sure that they were returned to us without charging us any fees to go the extra mile.When in the area we would highly recommend choosing this location and we will by all means stay there again.

The beach house was a perfect spot for a girls trip. The house was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything you need. Location was so close to beach you can hear the waves!

This house is in an excellent location, close to everything, including the beach, which is beautiful. The owner is kind, generous, and easy going. The house is well stocked and comfortable. I loved it and so did my dogs!

This was a really great property. Very clean with great amenities and an excellent location. The host was wonderful and communicative providing everything we needed to have an excellent stay down in Cayucos! I would highly recommend this for small family or two to three couples. Excellent! I would definitely book this one again!

Excellent spot just on the edge of town with easy walking access to the beach. Deck was an awesome space to enjoy the mornings with coffee and evenings for sunset. Definitely one of our favorite stays on the central coast.

The overall condition of our rental was more than satisfactory. The hot tub was preheated, temperature was perfect and the water was clean. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. TV started immediately when turned on. Informational binder was complete with activities in the area. She helped to access the internet when we had a problem.The view and location were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Jenifer's home was beautifully decorated and very inviting. From the amenities to the comfortable furniture to the ocean views to the communication, our stay was wonderful!! The area is beautiful and relaxing. The house was big enough for a family of four to have private time, but also intimate to enjoy family time together. The bonus was our dog being able to go to the beach.

Jen is the most thoughtful host! Appreciate receiving the address, check in details & things to do in the area well in advance & then she re-sends it on the day of so it’s at the top of your feed! I’ve booked houses where we’re nervously driving to the destination not certain we’ll be able to get in, The house is exactly as described & kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you would ever need for the weekend & more. The decor is super cute too with no shortage of towels & all the soaps/shampoo/conditioner you’ll need. My family really enjoyed the 5min walk to a non-touristy beach. It was so peaceful & empty compared to the more popular moonstone or morro bay beach. I had some questions about logistics on places I wanted to take the kids & she called me to give me the run down right away. If you like pies, Linn’s Pies is a worthy stop!

Comfortable and nice touches

Jenifer’s place is clean, comfortable and very well equipped: beach towels, toys, puzzles, DVDs, fast Wify, kitchen with everything. Very comfortable beds, linens, towels.
