Enter into a bright living room with comfortable seating, fireplace and flat screen tv. The adjoining dining room has seating for six, beautiful built ins and slider to a large deck and beautifully manicured backyard. The kitchen is to the left of the dining area. The nicely equipped kitchen has counter seating for two, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and plenty of counter space for cooking.

A few steps down leads to the lower level which features a wet bar, billiard table, leather sofa and flat screen tv. There is also direct access to the backyard.

The bedrooms in the home are situated on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a door leading to a deck. Bedroom #2 contains a queen-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and shower. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 both have 2 twin beds. There is another bathroom on the second level with a shower and separate laundry room.

Enjoy the spacious backyard with a deck shaded by tall trees. There's comfortable furniture and an enclosed outdoor shower. A wonderful space for your morning coffee, a bestseller, or a glass of wine in the evening.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
