Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, king size bed in master bedroom; queen size bed in guest bedroom.
Well appointed and fully equipped; dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
Utilities included: Phone (except long distance calls), high speed internet, electricity, gas, water (purified water from special tap), all linens and towels, free laundry facilities available on site. Maid service not included, but is available.
No pets; non smoking unit.
Other amenities: heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, library, work shop, games and entertainment facilities.
Walking distance to main shopping center and many restaurants.
All rentals are minimum 4 weeks unless special circumstances. Multiple months are available.
Rates:
Low season: April 1 – September30 – $980.00 C.A.D per 4 weeks
High season: October 1 – March 31 – $1,40.00 C.A.D per 4 weeks
