A few hundred meters from Rye/Tyrone foreshore is this 3 bedroom super clean and cosy beach house, walking distance to Blairgowrie cafes and shops. Consisting of master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with king bed, third bedroom with a bunk and single bed, perfect for a family getaway. The house also has a spacious kitchen with separate dining area, a comfortable lounge room for relaxing and a main bathroom with separate shower and bath. Also offering an undercover patio for outdoor entertaining leading onto a private backyard where you can enjoy the beautiful afternoon sun or doze in the hammocks provided. There’s also plenty of fun and challenges to be had on the ping pong, the foosball table and trampoline. Parking also available for 3 cars onsite. Make your next holiday memories in this beach home away from home. You won’t be disappointed. NOTE : linen can be provided.
