As you walk through the main entrance archway, you'll enter the home and immediately notice the soaring ceilings, beautifully tiled floors, and elegant decor.
 
The first bathroom is located immediately to the left of the front door and features a contemporary shower with glass doors, a tiled shower bench, and chrome features. Directly across the hall is the first bedroom. This warm and open bedroom features a queen-size bed with high-end linens and large windows that allow plenty of natural light to brighten up the room. With Mexican inspired decor and modern light fixtures, this private room is a perfect retreat after a busy fun day in town. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV on top of a modern dresser so you can binge-watch your favorite shows in peace. The layout of this home is perfect for two couples traveling together, as each of the bedrooms are set on different sides of the house.

As you continue through the home, you will find the main living area. This comfortable space features a leather sofa and two oversized armchairs around a glass top coffee table. Decorative light fixtures in the corner of the room give the entire space a warm glow. This living room transitions right into the dining area and gourmet kitchen.

This fully furnished kitchen features wooden cabinetry, modern appliances, and an industrial size sink. The large center island doubles as a breakfast bar with bistro-style seating. Whether you are reheating your leftovers from Baja Mar or making your family's favorite dinner from scratch, this kitchen has all of the utensils, bakeware, and appliances you need to cook just as you do at home. Guests staying in this room can brew a cup of coffee in the morning and sneak out to the patio to watch the sleepy town of San Felipe wake up.

The master bathroom is a spa-inspired luxury space that you'll have to see to believe. This massive bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower enclosed in glass. There is also a deep jetted garden tub tucked in the corner of the bathroom, a peaceful and private place to relax your tired muscles after a day on the golf course or riding ATVs. The beautiful vanity area has his and her sinks, and the entire bathroom gives two guests more than enough room to move around without feeling cramped or crowded.

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 

 

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
