Jerry's Beach Club Condo 3 is a beautiful ocean view San Felipe Vacation Rental located on the second floor of a three-floor building in Las Palmas, just a one-minute walk from the beach. The balcony offers a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. The kitchen is remodeled with a modern style. The complex has WiFi and a TV with Roku. This 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests. The fourth floor is an open terrace — a great place to enjoy beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez or nighttime stargazing. This rental is fully air conditioned, making it ideal for long or short-term rentals. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
