Com visual moderno e arrojado, a reforma, decoração e mobília foram projetadas com foco no conforto e bem estar dos nossos hóspedes (estrutura completa com empregada doméstica inclusa no valor para 10 pessoas).
Construído com pé direito duplo, a casa dispõe de excelente ventilação e iluminação natural. O imóvel é composto por 3 suítes climatizadas, sala de estar com vista para a represa (lounge), sala de jantar com mesa para 10 pessoas, sala de TV, lavabo, cozinha e área de lazer privativa completa com churrasqueira e área de piscina.
