Ten Mile Creek Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for small or groups of up to four people. The living area welcomes you with a gas fireplace and a huge, cozy couch — it’s perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or catching a movie (or morning snow report) on the large flat-screen TV. Just outside, there’s a large patio area and table for hanging out as well. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to keep the group fueled-up from breakfast through dinner for all the day's activities, and a dining table that seats six.

The Ten Mile Creek complex also features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and shared laundry facilities. Other amenities include parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. It was perfect!

The location was outstanding! We were a short walk to shuttles for breckinridge and copper mountain resorts, and a short walk to main street too! Beds were comfortable too! We also appreciated walking just a few feet to the indoor hot tub that was actually HOT! Thanks for a great stay!

Clean; great location!

Property exceeded expectations! Cleanliness is always the first requirement~ this unit was spotless! Second goal is finding a warm, comfortable place to land after hard day on slopes~ this was both! This unit has a great layout - Three bedrooms with two full baths (and a sink/mirror inside the one bedroom) - made it easy to stay with a mixed group! There is a bedroom (Queen) with an en suite bath on one side of the common living space and the other two bedrooms on the other side in a little hall with a shared bath in between them. Kitchen was nicely stocked with any basics needed including good coffee maker, paper towels, dish soap and also pods for dishwasher! This unit was also literally about 4 steps from the indoor pool/hot tub! Location (walkable to Main Street for food after day on slopes) was also a big reason we stayed here. Check -in and out was easy; Great communication with owners. Would stay here again!

Decent place but needs some things fixed

The place was overall a nice place with a great location, easy to get to all the Summit County resorts. Well-furnished with cooking stuff but lacking salt and pepper. There were several humidifiers which were pluses, fans, and a warm gas fireplace. Unfortunately there were a couple issues: 1. The sink in the one bedroom had a leaking faucet at the faucet base which a repairman tried to fix the very next day, but in the process broke the shutoff valve, so we were unable to use that sink the rest of the week. 2. One of the bathrooms had a vent fan which made loud screeching noise in use. Again the repairman had come to fix it but the repair lasted only a few hours and was screeching again so again, we couldn’t use that the rest of the week. It really needs to be replaced, it didn’t even have its cover anymore. 3. This was the worst part, the queen bed in one bedroom was super uncomfortable because it sank in the middle with zero support (keep in mind my wife and I probably weigh only 250 pounds total combined, we’re both short so imagine how bad it will be for taller people.) We both would wake up through the night because of hip or back pain. I have let management know so hopefully they’ll have replace it. My one son also complained about the other queen bed in another room saying the mattress was lumpy so he ended up sleeping on the couch the rest of the week☹️. Please keep in mind that management was very responsive to the issues and got a repairman out the next day.

Could use a deep cleaning

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, both the proximity to Main St and being right across from the pool. Loved the grounds, much enjoyment with family around the firepit at my father's memorial reception. The only issues were with the general cleanliness of the unit itself. There were dust bunnies on top of the fridge where obviously people might put their groceries. There was a lack of counter space. The long dining table became the drop spot for everyone's things, making serving meals or gathering at the table difficult. I also don't understand the absolute lack of towels. The number of people with one towel to use for BOTH pool and shower time was impossible. All Mom (me) did was hang them to dry and do a load of wash (after going downtown to get change) myself in the long term residents laundry room. It wasn't a big deal, just kind of made it not a vacation for this mama and her brood. Since I had family staying in another newly updated and clean and light unit, it became very obvious very quickly that the unit we were in could stand to be renovated sooner than later. It was very dark being on the first floor under the stairs and could use some better lighting. Felt almost subterranean and apartment building-like causing most of my family to suffer a slight bout of depression anytime we were in the unit for more than a few hours at a time. Understand the popcorn ceiling from the 70s cannot be disturbed so maybe put a dropped modern ceiling over it, again, during that much needed refresh of this unit. At first, being in a time warp was amazing but the uncomfortable, dingy furniture wasn't comfortable either. Although, I will say that the bed was comfortable and that is rare for me to sleep well when traveling, so thank you for that!

It could use some TLC as it's outdated and no frills. The showers were perhaps the worst part as the handles and faucet in the 2nd BR fell off. We had to call maintenance for that and a clogged sink. There was a 3rd (small) BR which wasn't noted in the description. We didn't need it but helpful for those who may need the extra bed.
