The Regatta includes amenities such as a heated outdoor pool in a center courtyard surrounded by a large sundeck and plenty of poolside chairs. Enjoy time with family and friends around the picnic tables and BBQ area or take a quick stroll to the Gulf waters or nearby Gulf Shores hotspots. The Regatta is in the perfect location close to the action in the heart of Gulf Shores and within walking distance to the iconic Pink Pony Pub Gulf Place Public Beaches and The Hangout.

This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
