Nice apartment but a lot of stairs

The overall apartment was nice and as listed. My only complaint is the building has 4 units and #3 & 4 are upstairs. My brother struggles walking so it was a bit of inconvenience.

Wonderful location, easy walk to the beach, dead in the center of everything you would need but tucked down a quiet street. We brought our dog, and the property was great and welcoming for him. We did have to wander a little to find some decent grass for the dog to go potty. Theres no grass at the location and the lot next door has sticker burs really bad. But otherwise, it was great!

Great location

This is not a fancy condo, and if you want comfortable seating and beds, it is not the place for you. But as a landing spot to eat and sleep close to the beach, it’s a decent get-away. The pool was a nice feature. It was clean and the check in and check out process were easy. Be sure to bring quarters to do laundry

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.
