Absolutely Perfect Family Space at Carolina Beach

This home was spotless—super, super clean—with a modern design and every amenity we could ask for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the elevator was a huge plus, and the open layout made it perfect for family gatherings. Just one block from the beach, too! The host was amazing with excellent communication from start to finish. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at the bright coastal abode. It’s so close to the beach, almost like you’re right on the water. House was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The host communicated great throughout our stay. Would love to return and vacation here again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The house is beautiful, well-stocked, and the location was fantastic - so close to the beach, tiki bar, and Carolina Beach attractions. Could not recommend it more highly!

Beautiful Home and So Close to the Beach!

This house was absolutely perfect! It accommodated everything we needed for our family vacation. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. Also, only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk and many restaurants.

The house met all of our requirements, so far one of the best rental for cleanness we ever had , the large space and the elevator was a big help . The communication during our stay was exceptional .

Graduation Celebration

I would 100% recommend this property to others. We had a couple of minor hiccups and the owner was beyond responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had what was needed for a stress free weekend. The house was super clean and exactly as described, but perhaps even better! The elevator was a real plus for the grandparents in the group. My only regret is not booking it for an extra night to relax after graduation!

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved this house in CB! Easy access to restaurants, grocery, and of course the beach. We stayed as a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with all the necessities provided - even down to a babygate and highchair if needed. Truly one of our best vacas and top VRBO choices! The host was completely attentive and if we had any questions, responses were pretty quick. Cant wait to go back!

Close to beach

Very well laid out home with great furnishings. Close walk to the beach. Easy check in even though cleaners were putting on finishing touches as we arrived. My husband loved the primary room mattress. Only point for improvement would be the first floor bath did not drain well. Would love to stay here again.

True gem at the ocean

We just arrived back from our stay here. The owner’s warmth, availability, promptness, and patience made the stay and any minor bumps so very smooth. The place is immaculate and fully stocked for all things you will need on a stay. I would even say that the pictures don’t do the house justice, it is simply amazing….clean, updated, decorated beautifully, open, bright, and all switches are labeled for ease of navigating around the property. The way that the house is set up is great for multi-families as there is livingroom up and downstairs. The master shower is a vacation in and of itself :) we loved the front and back porch and the very cute grassy backyard. There is no doubt we will make this a destination home whenever we visit Carolina beach. The walk to the ocean is so fast. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!!

Girls Weekend

We loved the house!! The aesthetics were amazing! Decorative pumpkins, for fall, were a nice touch! All of the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was impressively stocked (except for tin foil/Saran wrap). We would definitely stay again and bring family next time! Also, the location was perfect!!

Our family Christmas trip

The house was absolutely gorgeous and had plenty of room for our family! They thought of everything that you might need in the house. The light switches were all label and made things so easy. You can see the ocean from the front deck! The house had Christmas decorations that were beautiful. We would definitely stay there again!!

Family vacation

Beautiful, clean, relaxing home just a short walk to the beach. This house has upscale bathrooms, comfortable beds and an amazing kitchen with all the amenities. We enjoyed relaxing on decks on the front and back of the home; playing corn hole in the backyard; and riding the bikes in the garage! The elevator was a nice surprise and wonderful for my aging mother. We will certainly return to this property in the future!

Awesome Space

The home was beautiful, very spacious and nicely decorated, not over the top. Perfect walking distance to the beach, ice cream, several restaurants as well as Kure Beach. Short distance to the aquarium, Wilmington, ferry to Southport. Great porches to hang and enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. Kathy and David did a nice job and we hope to rent this same home in the future. Thank you for helping make a memorable vacation.

Lovely home close to the beach

My family loved our stay here in Carolina Beach! The house was perfect for us (5 adults & 2 kids)—providing enough space for everyone. The house was very tastefully decorated and had just about everything you need for your vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were amazing. Our two teenage boys loved exploring on the cruiser bikes, and the girls (age 21) liked to hang out on the screened in deck off the kitchen. It’s only a short 1 1/2 block walk to public beach access, which was so nice. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to the Tiki Bar, which we visited twice! The owner was super nice and helpful, too. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful home, great location

We had such a wonderful time at this home! The house is beautifully updated and had plenty of space. It is just a block from the beach access, which made it very easy to walk without worrying about parking. It is a short drive to lots of places in Carolina Beach. Check in was easy (they even allowed us early entry since the cleaning was already done) and home was well stocked. We ran into an issue during our stay (our issue, not the owners) and the owners were very responsive and gracious. I definitely recommend this property for a stay in Carolina Beach. We hope to be able to visit again.

AMAZING HOME!

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented. It was spotless, very spacious, and even decorated for Christmas! We had so much room to spread out with our family of 5 and could have easily accommodated more. The elevator was perfect so that my 99 year old grandmother could come over on Christmas Day. We loved everything about this property - the well-stocked open chef’s kitchen, huge master and master bath, furniture, comfortable beds, and additional living space for our kids to hang out on the first floor. Although it was incredibly cold this Christmas, we still walked on the beach a couple of times - which is so very close to the property. If you are considering this home for your visit to Carolina Beach, don’t hesitate to book it!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay! The elevator was a great way to get luggage and coolers/food up to main level. Everything was modern and new with a very large island and table. The family room on the lower level is especially nice too. I was disappointed to only find one bathroom on lower level for the 2 queen bedrooms downstairs. The 3rd bathroom is upstairs next to the kid's bunk room. We managed fine but not clear on description. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck in the morning and evenings. It is just a short walk to the beach (less than 2 blocks) and the neighborhood is lovely! We enjoyed exploring the area north and south of Carolina Beach so it is an ideal location. The aquarium was terrific and very close, and we took the ferry over to Southport. We also visited Brunswick Town (interesting local history). We also visited the Riverwalk in Wilmington for lunch and toured the USS North Carolina Ship. Highly recommend!

Lovely home with great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was just a few blocks from the beach (which was ideal with our young children) and the home was so comfortable! The kitchen was lovely and some of our favorite features were the outdoor shower and the upper porches. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely fantastic!

We travelled a couple of hours to the beach to celebrate my birthday with my adult children and their spouses. I have rented many VRBO’s over the years, in fact 3 in Kure Beach. This house was fantastic. Very close proximity to the public beach access, didn’t miss having a pool at all! The house itself was immaculate. Plenty of room for our group. Linens and towels were like new, Viking appliances, lovely porches and the use of a garage! Beach chairs and two bikes as well! We even had a family stop us when we were walking to ask how they could rent it. 5-star rental - don’t pass on this one!

Beautiful home away from home

Our stay was everything and more. Kathy and Dave have a beautiful home and we’re so welcoming. We had no issues, neighbors were friendly. Has a perfect little backyard for yard games. They have just about everything you can think of and/or everything you forgot to bring for yourself. Just a blocks walk to the #3 beach entrance. We will be back!!!
