Studio Upstairs Beach Gem w/ Kitchen - 4 Blocks to Ocean

Welcome to Gem 1 — your cozy upstairs 1BR beach apartment just 4 blocks from the sand in Jacksonville Beach! This bright and comfortable retreat features a queen bed, full kitchen, smart TV, and a comfortable sofa. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business stays, with month-long reservations welcome. Enjoy easy beach access, great restaurants nearby, and a relaxing vibe in this charming beach community.



The GEMs are made up of 3 individual units. This is Gem #1, and is up the stairs from the parking area. Max occupancy is 2 persons and includes 1 off-street parking spot that is labeled.



Bring your account info for your favorite apps - Netflix - Amazon Prime - Hulu, etc. - or you can use any of the Free Apps.



There is shared outdoor space in the back - an open deck with a few chairs to relax in. There are also a few chairs by the stairs for use as well. There is also a shared washer/dryer in the garage that is available for use. There is a common outdoor shower that all GEM guests are able to use to wash off the sand after your day at the beach!



Quaint restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a short drive. You have the whole apartment to yourself with a private keypad entry and your own designated parking spot. Full kitchen and washer/dryer available in the garage. Beach chairs are also included. No pets



Non-Smoking Property: The entire property is no-smoking.



Also close to the area hospitals including The Mayo Clinic & Baptist Beaches Medical Center.



A short drive to Downtown Jacksonville lets you take in sporting events & concerts. OR visit The Jax Beach Pavillion for events there too! Don't forget the 2025 Sea & Sky Spectacular this October! This is a great location to take in the The Players Championships at Sawgrass. You can also take advantage of a Tuc-Tuc and tour the craft breweries around downtown Jacksonville. Some amenities listed are nearby - an additional fee may be required. Golf, Boat Rental, etc.



**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.



ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.



Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.
